Shipping & Returns
Our aim is to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same day so your goods are received on the next working day. Whilst we monitor stock levels daily we occasionally are unable to complete an order, if this happens you will be contacted and offered a back order, refund or a alternative product if possible. Due to the restrictions applied by Air Transport Association (IATA) we are unable to dispatch dangerous, hazardous or prohibited goods Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland or Scottish Isles.
Delivery Charges
  • Free next working day delivery - Mainland UK, Central Scotland & Scottish Borders orders over £60 excluding vat & delivery charges.
  • £4.95 - Mainland UK, *Central Scotland & Scottish Borders orders under £60 excluding vat & delivery charges 24hr UK Mainland Express Next Working Day.
  • £25.00 - Northern Ireland BT postcodes (non flammable goods only)
  • Additional charges apply to certain postcodes in Scotland please see below under surcharges.
  • All delivery charges are subject to a charge of 20% VAT.

* Please note deliveries to Scottish addresses can occasionally take two working days due to hub logistics

Additional Charges
  • £15.00 - Next working day delivery before 12.00 available to Mainland UK, Central Scotland & Scottish Borders.
  • £35.00 - Saturday delivery before 12.00 available to Mainland UK, Central Scotland & Scottish Borders.
Surcharges

All orders are subject to a surcharge if classed as Scottish Highlands or Off Shore by our courier i.e. not part of the UK mainland, you will be contacted before shipping to agree this surcharge.

  • £6.00 - Scottish Highlands AB,DD,IV,KW,PA,PH
  • £15.00 - Scottish Islands and certain IV,KW,AB,PA40,PH26

Please note we do not ship to the Channel Islands.

First orders have to be delivered to the cardholders billing address. This enables us to complete the final stage of our security checks any subsequent orders may be sent to a alternative delivery address. If you are not at home or work to sign for your delivery you may request for a neighbour to take in the goods or alternately leave in a safe place. (Goods left will be done at your own risk).
